Description

The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to purchase up to three 2009 or newer Toyota Prius Hybrid, including manufacturer's standard warranty. The solicitation will only be available at the following web site: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The solicitation will be issued O/A will close on 12/29/2009 at 4:00 PM (local time) unless amendments are issued. This acquisition is open to small business; the associated NAICS code is 441110 and the small business size standard is $28.5 million. The Product and Service Code is 2310. The government will award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offerors, conforming to the solicitation with the lower price. A written noticeof award or acceptance of an offer mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
