- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 proprietary maintenance and support services for continuned support of Centra Software, to SABA Software, Inc., 2400 Bridge Parkway, Redwood City, CA. The period of performance is for 12 months. The IRS has determined that Centra Software products are proprietary adn marketey by SABA, as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). SABA is the only qualified and authorized entity who can provide the necessary software maintenance of the Centra software products. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties may submit their interest and ability to meet IRS needs. However, responses received as a result of this notice of intent will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by IRS not to open this requirement to competition based upon any written responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the IRS.
