- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) VA-244-10-RQ-0080. The Lebanon VA Medical Center has a requirement for provision and Installation of data/phone cable. A Firm-Fixed Price award is anticipated. Contractor shall provide and install all material listed in the solicitation document. The work will be performed in a functioning hospital environment, which will remain operational during the installation. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. Additionally, this acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 15.101, Best Value Continuum Source Selection Process. Offerors will search for solicitation VA-244-10-RFQ-0080 to access solicitation documents and any Amendments. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF ACTIONS INCLUDING POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS. HOWEVER, OFFERORS ARE ADVISED TO CHECK THE SIGHT FREQUENTLY AS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AMENDMENTS. The NAICS Code for this project is 238210. Project Magnitude: Between $50,000 and $100,000. Award Completion time will be within 30 days of award. Electronic or phone requests will not be accepted, nor will electronic proposals. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments. All correspondence in reference to the solicitation contents or general questions must be addressed in writing on company letterhead, containing a point of contact, the SOL number, email address, phone and fax numbers and must be addressed to the contracting officer listed. All potential contractors must be registered in www.ccr.gov to do business with the Government and must have completed online Representations and Certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov. Ensure your registration is correct, current and has not expired. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds.
