- PR Number: IQC09321009042 FSC: 5305 Nomenclature: Fully competitive thumbscrew items RFP Due Date: January 26, 2010 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 35 core items and 269 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. This acquisition is being solicited 100% small business set aside basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 210 days. This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Surge Pricing is included in the solicitation. The offeror must provide a detailed approach for covering S&S requirements in the Capability Assessment Plan (CAP) and, if required, a Validation/Test Plan. Note: This is a new requirement. Solicitation Clause 52.217-9007 will contain complete details. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date: April 5, 2010 Offers will be evaluated on the basis of past performance being equal to price.
