- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government seeks to lease Office space consisting of approximately 7,149 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding a minimum of 6,000 ANSI BOMA Offica Area Square Feet and include surface parking for 30 vehicles, within the following delineated area: Central Business District of Springfield, MA The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm with cancellation rights to the Government after the fifth year. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 2010, earlier occupancy will be reviewed on a case by case basis. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility in accordance with ABAAS. Offered Space must be located within a quality, modern, building. THIS IS AN INQUIRY FOR AVAILABLE SPACE, AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS AN INVITATION TO BID. Expressions of interest must include, at a minimum; NNN rental quotes, building address, date of availability, floor being offered, and be submitted in writing. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. No sublease space will be considered.
