Description
The US Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Contracting Center, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013 intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Condor Technologies, Inc, 110 North Main Street H, Camden, DE 19934-1232, for Maintenance/Repair of: A Roadway Simulator Test Facility water system, including monthly checks, adjustments and calibration if needed. Period of Performance is 1 year. Condor is the only company who has the expertise and knowledge of the system as well as the specialized test and calibration equipment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811310, and the size standard is $7.0 MIL. All responses received within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, Monday, December 28, 2009. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in this and future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
