- VA North Texas Health Care System has a requirement for Home Health Care Services. Contractor shall provide in-Home Health Care to Veteran beneficiaries located within the following Texas & Oklahoma counties:Cooke, Delta, Fannin, Grayson, Hopkins, Hunt, Lamar, Red River counties Bryan and Choctaw (Bryan and Choctaw are located in Oklahoma.) Levels of care shall include Skilled Nursing, Homemaker Services, Home Health Aide, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy. The contract shall be effective for a base period beginning on award date and continuing through 9/30/09, with two one-year option periods available. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621610 and the SBA size standard is $13,500,000. Anticipated solicitation issued date will be on or about 01/07/2010 with the closing date of 01/28/2010, and will be issued as a commercial item requirement.
