Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0347; Solicitation is for a Definitive Quantity Contract for a quantity of 18 each; no option applies and will be solicited HUBZONE SOLE SOURCE TO BALDT, INC CAGE 83644, I/A/W FEDERAL SPEC S2603-860341.; FULL & OPEN COMPETITION AFTER EXCLUSION OF SOURCES. This is a HUBZONE set-aside which require only offers from the hubzone manufacturer or a hubzone dealer offering the product of the hubzone manufacturer will be considered. A FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) applies to this procurement. The tentative destination will be cited in the solicitation. FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance @ Destination. FAST PAY applies. Delivery is 219 days ARO. The anticipated issue date is January 07, 2010 & closing date of February 08, 2010. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
