- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. MODIFICATION 01: The purpose of this Special Notice is to amend the previously posted Special Notice to extend the review and comment period of pending solicitation N00164-10-R-GR69 for Tech Refresh Kits for AN/SPS-73(V)12 Radar System from 04 JAN 2010 to 19 JAN 2009. Portions of the solicitation may be changed due to comments received by that time. The formal solicitation is tentatively planned for release 04 March 2010.
