- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Shades of Green 1950 W Magnolia Palm Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-8418 for an Antiterrorism (AT) Conference. This event is a multi-day event that will update the AT community on Army AT policy, reinforce AT program improvements and changes over the last year, provide a common operating picture for Army Antiterrorism, share knowledge and broaden perspectives, and facilitate the exchange of ideas and best practices. This requirement will require a facility with a cleared and secure conference room with a TOP SECRET classification level. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
