- FOR ALL INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Shane Oliver 732-532-0659 This is a market survey to locate sources who can repair (depot level maintenance) and possible supply the: TEST SET, ELECTRICAL POWER 0-33 KW Load Bank (6625-01-220-2619). The item must be restored or produced to the same operating specifications and physical characteristics as the present items that are now in use. The current source for this item is LIBBY POWER SYSTEMS LLC, CAGE 36024. The government does not have any drawings/specifications for these items. Suppliers capable of furnishing/repairing these exact items must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USACECOM; ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-A-MM (Shane Oliver); Building 1200E; Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
