- This acquisition will be a sole source acquisition to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. (CAGE: 97499) or Triumph Fabrication( formally Chem Fab)(CAGE 3H339) Reference Authority: 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1,Only one or limited Number of Responsible sources, and No other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This acquisition is for six (6) each aircraft cargo doors for the UH-1H, UH-1N, and TH-1H aircraft. NSN: 1560009279515GA. Part Number: 205-031-669-15. MATL: Aluminum Frame and Aluminum Skins. Func: left side access door to the Cargo Area of the UH-1H aircraft. Destination: SW3119 (Robins AFB, GA.). A complete data package is not available to allow alternate sources to compete. The Government does not own the technical data. Only Newly Manufactured Material will be considered.Electronic procedures will be used for this Solicitation; Request a solicitation from http://fedbizopps.gov. All Responsible Sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Approximate Solicitation Date is 6 Jan 2010.
