- TAS::14 1041::TAS RECOVERY WEFA PMIS # 109243D, Rehabilitation of the Caretaker's Garage - Phase II, Weir Farm National Historic Site, Fairfield County, Connecticut. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The opportunity is available only to the Contractor awarded the initial contract award under Contract No. 1443C2011091516. The initial award was to rehabilitate the caretaker's garage - phase II. This was issued and awarded in accordance with FAR Part 19.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program). This modification will be funded by ARRA funds only. This modification will be issued to change some requirements within scope in the contract.
