- NSN 3110-01-422-6309, Bearing, Roller, Needle. Purchase Request Number IQC09351009012. A "Source Control Item", Boeing Helicporter, CAGE 77272 DRAWING 77272 423RS581 P/N 423RS581-1. Approved source Roller Bearing Company of America CAGE 06144 and RBC Bearings Incorporated CAGE 51588. Terms are FOB Desination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. Domestic Product. A QCC of FCA. Requsted Delivery is 199 ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solictied as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Solicitation will result in an Idefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions to extend the term of the contract up to two (2) one-year periods. The estimated quantity is 45 each. The contract will include a guranteed minimum quantity of 11 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 89 eacj. The minimum delivery order is 11 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 45 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and toher evaluation factors described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be Jaunuary 4, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
