Require sleeping rooms for approximately 200 from 8 Jan 2010 for 2 nights with late check out 10 Jan 2010. 100 Singles and 100 Doubles each night. Rooming list will be provided 5 days prior to event. Hotel will be within a 5mile radius, of Los Angeles international Airport. Request one general session room for 700 people, 3 child care rooms for 1 day, Breakfast, Lunch, and Supper buffet, for Sat & Sun, Audio Visual Support, and laptop support, and parking for 150 people. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $7.0 Million. This requirement is set aside 100 percent for Small Business Concerns and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.
