- RECOVERY – This notice is for information purposes only as required by FAR subpart 5.7 “Publicizing Requirement under the American Recovery and Reinvestment of Act 2009”. All items being procured under this solicitation are being funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Award has been made to R.J. Thomas Manufacturing Co. of Cherokee, IA under an existing GSA contract under SIN 192 37I and 192 37B for Picnic Tables and Fire Rings for recreational areas on the Rio Grande National Forest. This acquisition was conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program (FAR 8.401).
