- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for civil works services at the Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, D.C. The work includes, but is not limited to modifying the HVAC in Room 100 of Building 97. The NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. Complete specifications will be provided along with the solicitation. It is estimated that the price for this requirement will be less than $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
