- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation--FA4877-10-Q-0254-- is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38 Defense Circular Number 20091123 Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-1030 This procurement is being issued UNRESTRICTED under: NAICS code 423430. 1. DMAX FMV software license (Solaris Omni Codec for DMAX Ver 1.0) **Or Equal Items will be considered** Shipping will be FOB Destination to: 612 AOG BLDG 74 DAVIS-MONTHAN AFB 85707 The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal Item.
