- RECOVERY: This notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, as this is a SOLE SOURCE Requirement. This opportunity is available only to the pre-selected 8(a) contractor under Contracting Officer, Frances Dolata, for the program entitled, Replace HVAC System in Building 212 Office Area with Natural Gas. Notwithstanding the below reference to responses, NO BIDS will be accepted. This project consists of furnishing labor and equipment to design and install new energy efficient HVAC systems that will replace the existing systems located on Mezzanine of Building 212.
