- NSN 4240-01365-0981, Part Number MIL-PRF-14512. The item to procure is a M12A2 Gas Filter. FOB will be destination. The proposed contract will be a 2-year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 2,264 each for the M12A2 Gas Filter. Item is used in the M2A2 Air Purifier. First Article Test will be required for this contract. The proposed contract will be set aside for small business competition. Estimated issue date is 21-Jan-2010. TDP will be available on the Internet. Contractor has to be registered in the Joint Certification Program (Export Control) in order to access the TDP. Contractors must be certified to have EXPORT CONTROL TDP access. To be registered or to re-register please select the DD Form 2345 link;(https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/DD2345Form.pdf) to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company. This solicitation shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
