- Description
- The Air Force Material Command, Air Force Research Laboratory, Munitions Directorate, Eglin AFB, FL contemplates a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, FA8651-10-D-0106, Autopilot Support for a Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTD), as a Sole Source contract using authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), to Procerus Technologies LLC. Contract value is estimated at a maximum of $1,500,000. The primary objective is to provide autopilot support for JCTD. The NAICS code is 541712. This requirement is for engineering and software development and support of autopilot test assets manufactured by Procerus Technologies LLC. These systems are commercial software/hardware packages with certain proprietary code that requires support that is only available from the manufacturer. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, interested parties may submit statements of capability.
