- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consistutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3HSE19309A001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-37. This requirement is being set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 532112; the NAICS size standard is $25.5M. Leased Vehicle for USSTRATCOM Commander in Washington D.C. The government intends to issue a purchase order for (CLIN 0001) Lease one 2010 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ, 4 dr, 4WD, fully loaded to include Safe and Sound Plan, Flex Fuel with Active Fuel Management capable of running on unleaded or up to 85% ethanol fuel and second row bucket seats. Non-standard options: full size spare tire with matching wheels. Colors/fabrics. Exterior color: Black. Interior Color: Light Titanium Leather. Cost must include: GM Smart Care Program, taxes, license and insurance. (CLIN 1001) Second year option to be included. Delivery location: Rosenthal Chevrolet/Jeep Eagle, 3400 Columbia Pike, Arlington VA 22201-4264, phone (703) 920-8700. Period of Performance: Base period, 1 March 2010 through 28 Feb 2011; Option period 1, 1 March 2011 through 28 Feb 2012.
