- Description
- The 96 Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for STA-204 Air Samplers, Innova 44 Stackable Incubator Shaker with Universal Platform and Tall Base, and MM9 Media Sterilizer to New Brunswick Scientific Co, Inc of Edison, NJ under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Anticipated award date is 31 December 2009. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: (6) each STA-204 Air Sampler with internal vacuum pump, source maximum flow rate 30 LPM and 99.9 minute sample time, P/N: M1252-2002. CLIN 0002: (1) each MM9, Media Matic Benchtop Media Sterilizer 1.9+ liters volume, P/N: M1325-0000. CLIN 0003: (1) each Innova Model 44, stackable Incubator Shaker, P/N: M1282-0000. CLIN 0004: (1) each Universal Platform, P/N: M1282-9904. CLIN 0005: (1) each Tall Base, P/N: M1282-0700. These items must be delivered to: 28 TES/DOU, 806 N. 2nd St. Bldg. 430, Eglin AFB, FL 32542 no later than 90 days after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541380, small business size standard: $12M. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
