- The resulting contract will utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Interested parties are notified that the inclusion of unique provisions required in implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency, will be required of the successful bidder. Bids are being solicited by the USDA, Forest Service for the Forest Wide Campground Toilet Replacement project located on the Arapaho-Roosevelt National Forest, Clear Creek Grand, Gilpin & Larimer Counties, Colorado. Project consists of site construction work and installation of two-unit Prefabricated Vault Toilet Buildings. Work will include, but is not limited to: all sites quality control, excavation, site grading, removal of existing toilet, excavation, purchase and installation of a two unit prefabricated vault toilet with chase, gravel pullouts and dumpster pads, new concrete sidewalk. This requirement is being solicited as a Firm-Fixed Price Invitation For Bids. The approximate start work date will be June 1, 2010. Bids are due at 3:00 p.m. MST, February 8, 2010. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation will be available on approximately January 7, 2010 and may be downloaded from this site at that time. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http:www.ccr.gov and shall complete the On-Line Registration and Certifications Application (ORCA) http://orca.bpn.gov.. All responsible sources may submit a response to this announcement which will be considered by this agency.
