- Draft SOW (ERSUPC1209) This is a Sources Sought notice to identify potential of sources, especially small businesses, capable of providing a database of Universal Product Code (UPC)-specific nutritional information (standard information included in the nutrition facts panel of UPC items) as well as any additional product label information such as the ingredient list, product claims and warnings or other information directed to consumers on food packaging. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached to this notice and may vary from the final SOW issued as part of a potential future request for proposal (RFP). Interested parties shall submit a capabilities statement addressing how they would do the work and/or how similar work has been performed for other facilities. Electronic copies can be sent to: Liz.Sandoval@ars.usda.gov by 10:00am EST on Tuesday January 5, 2010. As part of their submission, interested parties must include the name and address of the firm as well as the business size and any socio-economic status held.
