- Description
- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), has a requirement to provide routine and emergency maintenance/repair of the NOAA Weather Radio (NWR) systems within the State of Wyoming. The contract will consist of a base period of twelve (12) months and four (4) twelve (12)-month option periods. The base period will be for the period of April 1, 2010 thru March 31, 2011. The NWS system is a broadcasting network consisting of transmission lines, transmitters, and antennas located at nineteen (19) sites within the State of Wyoming. The contractor will be required to provide maintenance services as needed, vault and tower space, control links, utilities, tools and test equipment, transportation and per diem to maintain the NWR System. The applicable NAICS code is 811213. Request for Proposal (RFP) No. WC133W-10-RP-0042PY will be posted on FedBizOpps no later than January 29, 2010.
