- RECOVERY - This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the contractor AWARDED Contract No. GS-08P-06-JF-C-3033. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE or TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Building Service, Design & Construction Division has issued Modification PS10 for the contractor to perform soils reclassification for the required utility water service connections to the new domestic and fire protection water distribution system on the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado, in support of the contract for construction of infrastructure improvements on the Denver Federal Center, The infrastructure improvements include sewer system rehabilitation and replacement, storm drainage and electrical system improvements within the boundaries of the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado. This modification is valued at $713,822.00. This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for 2009. All reporting requirement from the Contractor are mandated per the Act.
