- The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting By Negotiation., Blood, Blood products and services. for the VA Greater Los Angeles, VA Long Beach, VA Loma Linda and VA San Diego Healthcare System, The contractor is required to provide Blood, blood products and services. The contract shall be for a base year with the Government's option to exercise 4 (4) one (1) year option periods. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The solicitation will be available for issue on or about December 22, 2009, with offers due on January 29, 2010.
