- RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BOOKCLIFF SHOOTING RANGE REPAIR PROJECT. The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, is soliciting for offers for the Recovery Bookcliff Shooting Range Repair project. Description of Work: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to grade and place aggregate surfacing onto a roadbed and parking area, construct a steel cabana, including steel and concrete shooting benches, and relocate 10 existing government furnished boulders. Location: Work under this Contract is located in Mesa County, Colorado. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237990, with a standard size of $33.5M. This acquisition will be advertised on a non-restricted basis. The cost is under $100,000. The estimated release date for the request for quote is January 6, 2010. Site tour is scheduled for January 13, 2010 at 1 pm Mtn Time. Meeting place is BLM, Grand Junction Field Office, 2815 H Road, Grand Junction, CO 81506. Responses are due no later than 1 pm Mtn Time, February 3, 2010 to the BLM, Attn: Felicia Trujillo.
