- Plans Specifications Solicitation Maintenance Dredging in Naval Weapons Station Channel, Goose Creek Boat House and TC Dock. Approximately 1,154,000 cubic yards of unclassified material from Naval Weapons Station Channel shall be deposited in the Yellow House Creek Disposal Area, and approximately 54,000 cubic yards of unclassified material at TC Dock and 23,000 cubic yards of unclassified material from the Goose Creek Boat house shall be deposited in the Clouter Creek disposal area or Yellow House Disposal Area. The work includes complying with the Endangered Species Act and Marine Protection Act. MAGNITUDE OF WORK is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS is 237990 which have a small business size standard of $20 Million. Contractor must be registered in the DOD Central contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of this solicitation. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Bidders must be registered in the CCR and at the Federal Business Opportunity Homepage (www.fbo.gov) in order to view or download the solicitation documents. It is the responsibility of bidders to monitor the website for notices and amendments. The solicitation will be posted on or about December 23, 2009 with bids due on or about January 22, 2010.
