- Recovery Act - Solicitation No. VA245-10-RA-0046. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a construction contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for the design and construction of adding A/C to data closets at the Department of VA Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV. Project Number is 613-08-620. Competition for this procurement is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The work includes, but is not limited to, design and construction services to provide air conditioning for telephone rooms (data closets). Estimated construction cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000.00. NAICS: 238210, size standard: $14.0 million. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov, http://www.ccr.gov, https://vets100.vets.dol.gov/and https://orca.bpn.gov to be eligible for award. Request for Proposal solicitation will be posted approximately January 11, 2010. Approximate BOD is February 17, 2010.
