- This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to Power Train Plus, 3227 Progress Circle, Mira Loma, CA 91752 for the testing of X-1100 Transmissions. The authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The reason for this determination is: This is a follow-on requirement to complete the testing over overhauled X-1100 Transmission. The Government will only favorably consider and evaluate offers that unquestionably and clearly demonstrate the offeror's ability to provide the Dynamometer testing of the X-1100 transmission with equipment owned and operated by proposed offeror. This service must be offered for a fair and reasonable price with fully trained personnel that currently provide this service. Line 0001: 12 each X-1100 Transmission Dynamometer Any change to this notice shall be authorized only by the Contracting Officer and will be issued by written addendum. Convincing evidence of your ability to provide these items must be provided no later than 11:00 am CST on Wednesday, December 30 th, 2009 and may be faxed or emailed to the Contracting Officer.
