- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Services (ARS), intends to procure under full and open competition the following: supply and install capacitors and meters necessary to support the monitoring of main circuit breakers in ten (10) buildings located at the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) in Beltsville, MD. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238210 with a size standard of $14 million. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program applies to this requirement. Complete specifications for this project will be furnished in the solicitation package which will be posted on or about January 19, 2010.
