- RECOVERY- For Trails Maintenance on U.S. Forest lands, and will appear under upcoming solicitation AG-0489-S-10-0090 (Eagle Cap Wilderness Trails Maintenance), which is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). Inclusion of unique provisions is required for implementing the Act including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offerors will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardees will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public. Additional information on these requirements can be obtained from the solicitation when issued. The Contractors selected in the contract award shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, materials, supplies, and incidentals required to accomplish the work (unless specified differently in the solicitation, as Government-Furnished-Property). The project number is CIM-0616-06T. The work area is located on the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest in the Wallowa Mountains in Northeast Oregon. The project consists of 312.41 miles of Trail Maintenance. The project area is composed of 7 line items, each of which may be awarded to a single offeror (7 awards). However, Contractors may be awarded multiple items. Vicinity and project maps showing project location and access will be located in the solicitation attachments. The NAICS code for this project is 115310, with a size standard of $7.0. The full detailed solicitation will be posted electronically at FedBizOpps website https://www.fbo.gov. The estimated issue/posting date of the solicitation will be January 11, 2010. At the time specified in the solicitation offerors may submit their proposals in response to the solicitation. Note that all offers meeting the requirements specified in the solicitation will be considered. Offers will be due on or around February 22, 2010 with a total award time of approximately 60 days from December 31, 2009. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for HUBZone small business concerns
