- The United States Postal Service (USPS) is conducting market research related to its planned strategy to award contracts to multiple, preferred suppliers for at least four (4) sub-category groups of MRO products and intends to form alliances with the most highly qualified suppliers to design and implement cost reduction processes throughout the supply chain; to integrate demand management principles and practices; to provide the highest level of product and service value; and, to maximize electronic catalogs on the Postal Service’s web-based purchasing platform.
