- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, is issuing a modification under the existing Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) contract number GS-P-05-09-GBC-0031 for Pepper Construction. The purpose of this modification is to award the scope of work for the JCK AHU Upgrade - Construction Phase Services for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 for the Fire Alarm and Mechanical Upgrades Project for the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building and US Loop Post Office Facility in Chicago, IL in the amount of $6,878,375.00.
