- The VA North Texas Health Care System has a requirement to provide DI water filtration services, maintenance, and inspections at the Dallas, TX VA Medical Center located at 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX. Contractor shall provide monthly services at the aforementioned location which shall be on a monthly basis and include all emergency services. NAICS Code is 334513 with an SBA Size Standard 500 EMP. The contract shall be effective for a base period beginning on award date and continuing through 9/30/09, with four one-year option periods available. Anticipated solicitation issue date is 01/05/10 with a closing date of 01/26/09 and will be issued as a commercial item requirement.
