- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA 90822 intend to procure quality turf for the establishment of the ongoing burial site. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared for small businesses set aside. The contractor shall provide: 1.) Fescue Sod (Pallets) in quantity of 115,831 SQ FT delivered and installed 2). Elite Plus Big Roll in quantity of 112,994 SQ FT delivered and installed 3). Elite Plus Small Roll in quantity of 11,933 SQ FT delivered and installed. Due to non-availability of storage facility or warehouse, contractor shall provide and agree to a scheduled delivery and installation as needed basis. Delivery is to be made to the VA Riverside National Cemetery located at 22495 Van Buren blvd., Riverside, CA 92518 The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 111421. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. The Government will consider all quotes received by January 08, 2010, 4:00 PM, Pacific Time. Estimated award date is January 11-15, 2010. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Register (CCR).
