Delivery site requirements are: Palo Alto, CA; Livermore, CA; Menlo Park, CA; Mather, CA; Reno, NV; and Fresno, CA. The NAICS Code is: 311511. This procurement is full and open. Solicitation VA-261-10-RP-0035 will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov on December 21, 2009. The date for receipt of proposals will be January 15, 2010.
