- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for NOC servers: Server qty 4, VM ware qty 2 (further descriptions of the items is attached). This requirement is set-aside 100% small business. The applicable NAICS code is 423430 with a size standard of 100 employees. We make payment by DFAS, therefore, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). Payment is made through the Wide Area Work Flow System. Registration is required at https://wawf.eb.mil/. Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, low price proposal. Your price shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. You shall submit commercially available literature on your unit that demonstrates that all of the above capabilities are met. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 211-11 ($3000), FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 42.212-5, FAR (52.203-6 Alt I, 52.219-14, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232.33, 52.232-36).
