- Description
- This is a Sole Source modification of an existing contract announcement. The Government intends to modify purchase order # H92240-09-P-0212, that was awarded on a sole source basis for $34,560 to ProjectCadd, 7135 Navajo Rd, San Diego,CA 92119-4610 for services to maintain a Microsoft SQL Server Database to follow a student's progression through various courses of instruction and modernize the database's Stored Procedures (SPs) to take advantage of the new XML and Xpath technologies to add additional similar services in the amount of approximately $24,000 on a firm fixed price basis. The original purchase order was awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition FAR Part 13. The proposed modification is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by the due date and time of this publication will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Questions must be submitted in writing and may be directed via email to laura.patterson@navsoc.socom.mil. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541511 with a size standard of $25 Million. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with Department of Defense. Information may be found at http://www.ccr.gov.
