- TACOM-Warren proposes to solicit, negotiate and award a new contract on a sole source basis with BETA CAE Systems of 29800 Middlebelt Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48334. The purpose of this procurement is to renew existing software licenses covering all maintenance releases on the software package along with administrative and technical support. It is currently being used to prepare models for CAE analysis and is the only software that is compatible with previously developed models. The negotiated contract will be a firm fixed price with an estimated award value of $41,660.00. Proposals you wish to submit must be received by the point of contact by 5:00 p.m. December 28, 2009.
