- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide the United States Air Force (USAF) Dental Service with an annual American Dental Education Association (ADEA) Institutional Affiliate Membership in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The period of performance is a base period of twelve months from the date of contract award and one (1) twelve-month option period. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror capable of providing the annual ADEA Institutional Affiliate Memberhip as well as the full membership benefits granted with the Institutional Affiliate Membership as stated in the SOW. Interested parties are requested to submit a proposal via email to the attention of the Contracting Officer, Ms. Susan Starks, susan.starks@afncr.af.mil by 4:00 PM EST, 28 December 2009.
