- Description
- Statement of Work, dated 21DEC09 This is a combines synopsis/solicitation to provide the United States Air Force (USAF) Dental Service with an annual American Dental Education Association (ADEA) Institutional Affiliate Membership in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government does not currently have funding for this requirement and is soliciting IAW FAR Clause 52.232-18 "Availability of Funds." If an offeror chooses to submit a proposal, it will be solely at the offeror's discretion and the cost for preparing the proposal will not be reimbursed in any way by the Government. Additionally, the Government reserves the right not to make an award based on this solicitation. The period of performance is a base period of twelve months from the date of contract award and one (1) twelve-month option period. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror capable of providing the annual ADEA Institutional Affiliate Memberhip as well as the full membership benefits granted with the Institutional Affiliate Membership as stated in the SOW. Interested parties are requested to submit a proposal via email to the attention of the Contracting Officer, Ms. Susan Starks, susan.starks@afncr.af.mil by 4:00 PM EST, 28 December 2009.
