- N62470-10-R-2005 Indefinite Quantity Contract for Geotechnical Engineering Services at Various Activities located within the Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command's Geographic Area Amendment 0003 All A-E Firms are cautioned to review the restrictions of FAR 9.5 Organizational and Consultant Conflicts of Interest and 36.209 Construction Contracts with Architect-Engineer Firms. Any A-E firm that prepares under this contract an engineering study or participates in the collection of data or any geotechnical testing to be used in preparation of a contract document or on a NAVFAC project will be restricted from participating in any capacity on any contract or task order associated with that specific contract or project.
