- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis withAmerican Chemical Society, 2540 Olentangy River Rd, Columbus, Oh 43202-1505 for Task package for SciFinder. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested Parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail at sandra.shoff@us.army.mil. No later than 23 December 2009. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 7 days.
