- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the UH-60A/L Module Assembly. INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 1560-01-236-3078 INPUT/ OUTPUT P/N: 70308-03613-042 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 11 each and a maximum quantity of 120 each. This includes FMS quantity of 20 each. This IS NOT a Critical Safety Item; therefore, solicited as Full and Open. This item is not a commercial item. The Module Assembly will be overhauled in accordance with the Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-1520-237 (Volumes 1, 2, and 3) dated 12/21/2007. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. The required production schedule to meet current and forecasted requirements is 5 per month for the Module Assembly; NSN 1560-01-236-3078. Input will be 30 days after date of award (DOA). Product Verification Audit (PVA) will be completed 90 days after receipt of assets. Deliveries will begin 30 days after completion of PVA. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required item(s) described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. REQUEST FOR SOLICITATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL OR FAX at 256-955-9237. You may MAIL your request to CCAM-AL-M, Attn: Isaac McKenzie, Contract Specialist, US Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not be closed prior to the closing date stated above.
