- PRON: AX0Q0055AX, NSN: 1560-00-482-9092, P/N: 206-032-201-9, NOUN: Shell Assy, Cabin RO, Quantity: 15 each applicable to OH-58 A/C weapon system. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing (FAT) is 15 each 360 days after contract award. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 15 each 240 days after contract award or when FAT is waived with delivery to Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Incorporated Cage Code 97499 and Helicomb International Incorporated Cage Code 6W159 Small Business. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone request will be accepted. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
