- Solicitation for NSN 1680-01-301-3260 / PR 0023395892, Part #: 3036AS620, Actuator, Electro-Mechanical, Linear. This is a Source Control item. The approved sources’ are GE Aviations Systems, Cage 05624 and Eaton Corporation, Cage 17472. The Contracting Officer is Terry Sylvester, 804-279-3455. Subject item is non-commercial. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. Configuration Control applies. Export Control Applies. Serialized Control applies. This item is subject to Production Lot testing. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Any manufacturer, other than GE Aviation Systems or Eaton Corporation wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. The subject RFP is for a Firm Fixed buy. The estimated issue date is: 8 Jan 2010 with an estimated closing date 4 Feb 2010. Delivery schedule is 195 ea, 128 days ARO, FOB Origin, and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. ABVS applies and the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation.
