- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA), PUBLIC LAW 111-5. The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) post this notice of intent to issue a Task Order against DG1330-09-BU-0037 which is an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Exhibits, Meeting and Conference Services. This action is for the Workshop Planning and Logistics for Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP) of approximately 10 Workshops withOption to add 5in the future.
